HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6

Requesting the West Virginia Division of Highways name the new bridge in the community of Cazy on county road 85/13 the "Cazy Church Bridge."

Whereas, The congregation of the Cazy Church was instrumental in helping to bring about the construction of the new bridge in the community of Cazy on county road 85/13; and
Whereas, The congregation of the Cazy Church has long been active in the affairs of the community of Cazy and the adjacent area of Boone County; and
Whereas, The contributions of the Cazy Church congregation to the community of Cazy and the adjacent area should be gratefully acknowledged and commemorated; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the West Virginia Division of Highways is hereby requested to name the new bridge in the community of Cazy on county route 85/13 the "Cazy Church Bridge"; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of the West Virginia Division of Highways, the Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Transportation and the Governor of West Virginia.
